Care through every stage

Expert care personalised to you.

01

Children

Detect important problems while growth can still help.

We recommend a first orthodontic assessment by age 8 to 9 years. Most children do not need immediate treatment, but early review can identify crossbites, underbites, narrow jaws and eruption problems at the right time.

Common focus Jaw width, bite relationships and tooth eruption
Possible options Monitoring, expanders, partial braces or early functional appliances

“Early assessment creates options—even when the best decision is simply to monitor.”

Versatile + precise

Metal braces

The gold standard for controlled tooth movement and bite correction. Modern brackets and wires are smaller, more comfortable and highly effective across a wide range of complexity.

  • Reliable for simple through to complex treatment
  • Works continuously without relying on tray wear
  • Custom positioning allows highly precise movement
  • Suitable from early treatment through to adulthood
Often suits: Children, teenagers and adults wanting a dependable, comprehensive option.

Your first visit

Leave with clarity—not a stack of unanswered questions.

Your consultation is a face-to-face discussion and non-invasive specialist examination. We listen first, then explain what we see and what it means.

  1. 1

    Understand your goals

We discuss your concerns, priorities, medical and dental history, and what a successful outcome would mean to you.

  2. 2

Examine face, jaws, teeth and bite

We assess facial profile, growth pattern, jaw function, tooth positions and the way your bite fits together.

  3. 3

    Diagnose and compare options

You receive a clear explanation of the orthodontic problems, suitable pathways, key trade-offs and likely timing.

  4. 4

    Know the fee before deciding

We provide an exact treatment quote, payment choices and a plan outlining benefits, risks and estimated duration.

Common questions

The essentials, all in one place.

Concise answers replace another layer of menu pages.

Do I need a dentist referral?+

No. Dentist referrals are welcomed, but patients and parents can book directly.

What age should my child first be assessed?+

Go Orthodontics recommends a first orthodontic consultation by around age 9, or earlier when a dentist identifies a concern.

Are clear aligners always better than braces?+

No. Aligners offer excellent aesthetics and flexibility, while braces may provide more predictable control for some problems or patients. The best choice depends on diagnosis, complexity and likely compliance.

Will I receive a full fee at the first visit?+

Yes. The consultation includes a comprehensive quote for the recommended treatment pathway.

Can treatment start quickly?+

Once you are ready, treatment can usually be scheduled promptly. Same-day starts may be available in selected situations.

Do you accept practitioner referrals?+

Yes. Dentists can refer online, access the Go Orthodontics Problems Guide, request referral materials and use the dedicated clinician portal.
